Building A Brighter Community!
United Way of Passaic County works to create a community where every child is ready to succeed in school, every person can meet their most basic needs and everyone can pursue healthy and satisfying lives.
With the ALICE population (Asset Limited, Income Constrained, but employed -or retired) representing 35% of Passaic County (67% and 65% in Paterson and Passaic City respectively), and an additional 14% being below the federal poverty line, we know the need is great, but the power of helping others is greater.
This is why we mobilize the caring power of the community to provide programs, resources and advocacy for meaningful and lasting change to happen in Passaic County.
United, we can make a real difference!
